- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office is not handicap accessible. The facility is not set up to accommodate elderly. The staff is not knowledgeable in dealing with handicap and elderly. The staff offered no assistance when trying to get my grandfather in the exam rooms and when getting him set up in the exam machines. My mom had to move one machine in order to even get him to his seat to be examined. This place is incompetent in dealing with dementia patients. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I like the office. I love the people here. I just want to know who is pushing them to overbook? I went in to see if my new contact lens prescription was sharpening my vision. Seventy-five minutes later I'm sitting in the back waiting room shoulder to shoulder with seven other people all ahead of me. We have no tv, no water, little AC in this back hallway. I want to laugh out loud when a Tec delivers another patient and days, "We'll be with you in a minute."What the heck? My time isn't valuable? All this to pay the highest price around for eye care?
